I cannot thank Helen enough for the efficient and professional service she provides. Last year during Lockdown, Helen found a seat on a repatriation flight for my son who had to fly to the US four days later. Not to mention all the associated Covid-related paperwork required, which Helen handled with her usual warm and friendly efficiency. Since then we’ve used her agency to book a five-leg international flight, and again it was a pleasure dealing with her.

Helen has done several bookings for me over the last few years and I can highly recommend her. Alex and I have had the pleasure of going on various overseas trips organized by Helen Busse. Each trip has been a superbly organized holiday, without us having to worry about anything - although we constantly nagged Helen - but there were never any hiccups. We travelled to UK, Scotland, France, Holland, USA, Portugal, Phuket, and on a wonderful sea cruise on the MSC Fantasia, which outshone all our holidays.
Plane seats were booked as close as possible to where we wanted them, transport to and from airports/hotels, and taxis where necessary were arranged, and on time! The pièce de résistance was that we were booked on wheelchairs. Alex at first did not want to use them, but if one bears in mind the vastness of an airport like Dubai, where one has to collect luggage, go thru customs and numerous other long-walking destinations, especially the not so agile passengers would be very unwise not to go on them. Where we would have to wait for a while, we were deposited at a waiting area, and collected to catch our next departure on time.

When one deals with a dedicated travel agent like Helen, one feels totally secure that there will be no unexpected problems - whilst on your holiday she will confirm your next flight, keep in constant touch with you, and one feels there is a guardian angel watching over you.

It is always such a pleasure to work through you....you always make our lives so much easier when travelling. Your service is efficient, professional and not forgetting with a personal touch. We have just returned from a most spectacular family holiday in Mauritius. Our families live in Holland, Cape Town and Durban. We were 19 people in total. We stayed at the Le Victoria Hotel which we found most accommodating for families of any age. Helen Busse is our Travel Counsellor and we couldn't have asked for someone more efficient, patient and absolutely nothing was too much trouble to organize for our family. We did have a few extra requests i.e. organizing a 40th wedding anniversary dinner on the beach which was so beautifully done by the Hotel.
